I agree to be governed by the racing rules of sailing and by all other rules that govern this event, and I accept the penalties assessed to me under these rules and such other action as may be taken, subject to review procedures as are provided herein, as the final determination of any matter arising under these rules, and I agree not to report to any court or tribunal not provided herein with respect to such determination.

I accept that I participate with my own risk under fundamental rule 4 of the racing rules of sailing it is my solely responsibility to decide whether or not to start or to continue to race and I agree not to report to any court or tribunal with respect to such decision and its consequences. I accept that the Organizing Club, the Organizing Committee, the Jury Committee and any other Committee related to subject Race, do not have any responsibility for the loss, damage, injury that might be caused to Athletes and/or equipment either onshore and/or offshore during the races timetable and/or any other time.

I authorize the Organizers for my medical care in an emergency case, including my transportation to hospital.

I consent to be photographed, filmed and/or to participate in the press conference, which will allow the Organizing Committee to transmit through Social Medias, Websites or TV to promote the Races.

The Participant Sailing Club and the Sailors’ Parents provide their irrevocable consent for the maintenance/retainment and processing of the Sailors personal data/ information related to their name, age, gender, HSF/ISAF ID, date of birth etc as well as photographs, video capturing which will be used for their identification by The Organizing Committee and the assigned staff members of the Nautical Club of Palaion Faliro exclusively for the scope and the needs of subject Races as per the current/valid terms of EU Directive 679/2016 “GDPR”.
